javax. servlet.jsp.J spException: Cannot find FacesContext

Hello friends,
why am getting this javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Cannot find FacesContext
exception.

My web.xml file listing is:

pls. tell me what should be the directory structure of my appl when I write my web.xml as above.I mean whr shld be the index.html,cust folder etc. etc.
