Unless you are talking about specific eclipse plug-ins or Sun Studio Creator. I personally prefer JDeveloper's JSF support

I also believe that JDevelopor has the best JSF support for any free ide. Eclipse and netbeans don't have much support for JSF out of the box. However I believe that JDeveloper still have a bit of work to do to make a good workable JSF supporting IDE into a great JSF supporting IDE.

For excellent JSF support under Netbeans, try Sun Studio Creator ( http://developers.sun.com/prodtech/devtools/free/ ). It's free.
