Using DisplayTag with JSF

Hello All,

Does anybody out there know whether you can use DisplayTag with JSF?

I am new to JSF and is currently migrating from JSP. I am building an application that requires a table with sorting and data-paging capabilities. I tried to dabble with the built-in <h:table> of JSF, but I soon found out that it doesn't support any sorting or data-paging. I also tried MyFaces Tomahawk which has a pageable/sortable component, but it requires custom logic methods in your managed-bean. Yuck.

So for me, DisplayTag is still a simpler solution to creating pageable/sortable tables, if only I can get it working with JSF. Can somebody out there confirm if this is possible?

Any form of help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

There's so much to learn in this industry, and not everybody has the necessary interest.

Ok thanks Abiodun!

I'll try it out later. And this works well with JSF correct?

Thanks.
