I have a home JSP page (not jsf), clicking the link of this home page take me to a JSF application. I have few buttons in the first page of the JSF application ( which gets displayed on clicking the link of home page). Somehow the binding methods of the buttons are not getting invoked if i navigate to the JSF application from a non-jsf page.why is it so ? Is there any solution for this ?

I thought of calling a JSF page (something like a redirect.jsp) on clicking the link on home page and make it redirect to my JSF appliction. I tried

with /faces/Home.jsp, application-name/faces/Home.jsp

in the onPageLoanBegin() method of redirect.jsp, but nothing seems to be working. Could anyone help me with this ? I'm using RAD6.0 + WAS 6 for development !
