Datatable - displaying Collection of Strings

Hi,

I have succesfully used h:dataTable to display a list of objects. But how would I display a simple list of strings in a datatable? Is this possible?
ex:

 
<h:dataTable id="busSysCrit" rows="4" value="#{txnMappingAction.txnMassCriteriaBean.busSysList}" var="str">
 
<h:column>
<h:outputText styleClass="dataTableOutputText" id="strvalue" value="#{str.toString}"/>
</h:column>

</h:dataTable>
