Creating Custom Component(Form tag)

Our application is developed through JSF1.1, I need to do disable autocomplete for all the fields in the form. Can i create a custom component instead of form tag, so that i can add autocomplete attribute to it.

Did any one tried creating custom component for Form tag?

Need your valuable inputs on this.
