We're pleased to have you here with us here on the ranch, but there are a few rules that need to be followed, and one is that proper names are required. Please take a look at the JavaRanch Naming Policy and adjust your display name to match it.
In particular, your display name must be a first and a last name separated by a space character, and must not be obviously fictitious. You can change it here [ August 11, 2007: Message edited by: Ben Souther ]
Hello and thank you for your welcome message . I changed my screen name. Could you please help me to solve my problem, i ve seen many similar post with the same exception but i dont see where is the thing that make it go wrong on my code. Thank you
"d@v", Thank you for changing your screen name. As you can imagine, your new one is no more acceptable than the original. Please use the links from my first post to go back and change it so that it is a first and last name, separated with a space and not obviously fictitious.
Thank you. [ August 11, 2007: Message edited by: Ben Souther ]
Please be aware, accounts with invalid screen names are subject to being closed after 3 requests to change them.
As I mentioned earlier, the naming policy requires that your name not be obviously fictitious. Please go back and remove the '@' symbol from your screen name.
