Dear all,
am new to jsf. How can i impliment ajax technology in jsf..

I am using tomcatserver and jdk1.5. when i serched in google i got some inforation that was have to downlaod a package form jboss site.. i downloaded it and pasted in tomcat lib directory and my tomcat stopp runni.

So if any body know how to use ajax please give me a small exaple and

There are several ways a JSF application can be "ajaxified".

I have found that one of the easiest ways is to use a library called Ajax4jsf.

This library is from the JBoss folks, I suspect that is what you downloaded.

You can find some documentation on how to use this library in the Ajax4jsf Developer Guide.

My book, Java EE 5 Development Using GlassFish Application Server also covers Ajax4jsf.
