Myfaces with Javascript menus problem

Hi

Iam getting problem with myfaces.we migrating our project from javaserverfaces to myfaces .So iam replaced jsf-api.jar jsf-impl.jar with myfaces-api and myfacesimpl and i done all changes required for myfaces.

My problem is that in our project we are generating menus using
coolMenus4.js and menuNew4.js
My application working fine with jsf-api and jsf-impl jars.But with myfaces iam not getting menus.

is problem with myfaces

myfaces version

myfaces-api 1.1.3
myfaces-impl 1.1.3
tomahawk 1.1.6

please suggest me iam trying this since morning
