opening a new menu with a http url on click from another menu

Hi All,

I am trying to create a new menu dynamically when we click from already present menu. How to achieve this using events and listeners.
Or if there is any better approach without them.

I am using a PaneltabbedPane.

1) From site navigation, I should Open a tab in the center
2) From one tab, I should open another tab dynamically.
