Event (or breakpoint) ignored

I have a big problem with a
project developed with Netbeans 6.1 (...and also 6.0.1 is the same).
If I set a breakpoint ato an action_event function (for example linked to a button) of a
baking bean it is ignored, the execution (in debug mode) does not stop.
It is also possible that the function is not executed at all, causing the missed stop.
Where is the mistake(s)?
All thing compile and deploy ok, but ignore button clicks!
Please, help me!

You asked this same question in the IDEs forum. We'd rather you not multi-post, as it causes confusion.
