Giving action to items in dropdowm.

I am new to JSF, even JAVA. Learning both of them at the same time. I use Red Hat application. I created a dropdown with a list of items using <h:selctOneMenu .../>

The problem is now I am not able to give action to the items.
Can any one guide me ?

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
