Hi,
I need to navigate to a JSP page using JSF tags.
I tried h:commandLink tag and gave just the name of the jsp whose class file is present in the path.
But there was no difference noted in the page.
How must the path be given? For example do we need to give the package structure with the absolute path or how must it be done?
Kindly give me a sample of this usage.

Also one more query, what is the difference between commandLink & outputLink tags?

Regards,
Shemida

Hi,

commandLink : you cannot use the direct url . You can call the jsp through faces-config, for this you want set the action="beanname.methodname". You cannot pass the parameter too.

outputLink : you can use this tag for direct url and pass the parameter too.

i think this is enough for your both questions. Otherwise show your code snippet.

Regards
Ganesan
