<web-app version="2.5" xmlns="" xmlns:xsi="" xsi:schemaLocation="">
<servlet-name>Faces Servlet</servlet-name>

<faces-config version="1.2"

ticker.tld :

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<taglib xmlns=""

ticker.xhtml :

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8' ?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "">
<html xmlns=""

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8' ?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "" >
<html xmlns="">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />

You may need to include faces-config.xml as well in facelets.LIBRARIES parameter.
