May i know what is the equivalent of Interval datatype in
hibernate.
How can we represent this interval datatype in
java
??
I was thinking i can use a long dataype in java...
Any ideas???

Looking at the Oracle9Dialect - Hibernate doesn't register a column type of interval, so what to use isn't clear. You might try creating a pojo via one of the 3rd party tools and see what it assigns to that datatype.
