I have a table not mapped that comes from a third part.
I need that my code analyze this table and extract some values then fill with them a mapped table as usual.
It' s possible to do this work with hibernate? If yes how?

tnk!

Nope, not with hibernate. But you can create Simple DAO object and extract those data.
