Hi
I want to setup hibernate,hyperJAXB and XDoclet how do go for it please guide me in detail.

Could you give some more details ? Did you even try before asking here ?
What did you do ? What does not work ? Where are the problems ?
What does XDoclet have to do with hibernate (now that you can use Annotations ?) Any config files ? Exceptiopns, error messages...

...and are you using an out-the-box version of Eclipse, or are you asking about the Hibernate Tools plugins?

Or just go to www.jboss.org and download the JBoss IDE, which is Eclipse with their plug-ins. You will have to download specific plugins for XDoclet and hyperJAXB from somewhere else.

Also, you might just mean how do you set the jars up in the class path? That is a project setting. and if that is your question, we can move this thread to the IDE forum. Actually, that is exactly what I am going to do, because the question is about Eclipse and not Hibernate
