The book is not out yet, right ? Is there any place where we can read a free sample chapter ? I apologize if it's already been asked. If so, can you please redirect me to the relevant thread ? Thank you.

You're right that the book is not yet released (this month though).

Manning will be releasing sample chapters, I'm assuming at this URL.

CH 01 is available now, and I believe they'll be releasing another one. Would I be crazy to think it will be CH 02? ;-)

From the manning page, I saw that currently, the whole/complete text is available under the "Manning Early Access Program" - in softcopy (pdf) form.
