collection was processed twice by flush()

When User Select One Item from ListBox And Scroll down fastly on same ListBox , that time at server side i am getting this error message,
"net.sf.hibernate.AssertionFailure: collection was processed twice by flush()"
Please suggest, to avoid this error. Any code snipets are always welcome.

I am a little confused how something the user does on the client side affects the server side? Is there any code in the dropdown listeners that while the user is interacting with it, it calls the server?
