Should DAOs be singleton???

Hi All,

I have a doubt about a design issue....My friend has to code DAO that make use of hibernate in the code..

But he is not sure about whether to make them as singleton classes...


Any suggestions would be helpful???

No need to create them as Singletons, probably more so if you have multiple users that need their own transactions, and pass the ACID tests.
