problems occuring while using hibernate in ejb

I am new to hibernate. i have done some example with hibernate.
it was successfully. but when i am creating session and retrieving data from session bean, its not working.I am working on RAD. Please tell me how to create a folder structure. I create a folder below the ejb folder in ejb project and i copied the relevant xml files, please tell me solution asap.

What is going wrong? What error/exception are you seeing? Are you seeing an error/exception or is the application just behaving differerntly from how you expect?
