Hi Guys : I've set the property "showSql" in my Hibernate Configuration to "true"... but all it shows is ...

insert into tableName (field1, field2, ...) values (?, ?, ...).

instead of

insert into tableName (field1, field2, ...) values (1.0, 6.10, ...).

as one would want it to. Is there another parameter I have to set to convince hibernate into actually showing me the inputs to the sql statements it executes ?

This has been discussed a lot of times on the Hibernate forums. Here's one which even proposed a solution:
Show values in Hibernate queries. In short, there's currently no direct way of getting those values displayed in the logs. Some recommend using p6Spy (i havent tried this).
