It's gonna be fine if I have two String objects like "192.168.1.1" and "192.168.1.2" and so on. I have some idiot algorithm to compare it all by using the split method and doing something like million loops for get the value I want.

The problem is one value (to compare) is the criteria but another ones is the String which were stored in the database.

I don't want you to do homework for me. Just a little suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Many Thnx

- Explain in more detail? What do you mean by criteria here?

If you are not laughing at yourself, then you just didn't get the joke.
