hello everybody

I need some help to figure out how can I use Hibernate:
I have downloaded "hibernate-3.2.5.ga" from www.hibernate.org and I don't know how to use it, what shall I do with this archive? I just what to make a small example whitin Eclipse 3.2 and I want to use MySql database.
