Hibernate Exception: Could not extract result set metadata

Hi,

I'm having the problem which titles this post. When I call a named query it gives my an:



However, the called procedure isn't supposed to return any kind of result set. So why's Hibernate looking for one when there isn't?!

Here's my mapping:

Note to my stupid self:

- Never call a .list() method over an hibernate named query when you don't expect it to return a result set. Instead, just call an executeUpdate().

Problem solved. You can close down the thread
