I m using Hibernate version 3.2.2

One way to solve this problem would be to create the project using WaveMaker, an open-source visual development platform for Java web apps. Create the project with WaveMaker, which produces a WAR file, then open the project in NetBeans and you'll have all the hibernate and spring config work done.
