You might add http://xmlbus.com/ this is a SOAP toolkit from IONA. They have been failry big in the CORBA space.

from my point of view, http://www.soapuser.com/ is a good web site for soap beginner, it offers 2 tutorial to let you know how to set up the client side and server side APACHE SOAP in TOMCAT.
