Where UDDI and ebXml fits in the WebServices architecture?

I too am awaiting the reply. I am new to webservices. I know 3 tier architecture. Where the web services sit ? what server ?

UDDI and ebXML have been someone competitive architectures which are now coming together at least in compatibility. There is a white paper at this link entitled "Using UDDI to Find ebXML Reg/Reps". This could show you how to use the two together.
As far as general introductory web services info and what is located on what server you might want to check out the tutorial on Sun's Java site.
 
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
