Hi
I am new to this topic...
Anybody can tell me what is the difference between the XML messsaging and sending the message through SOAP?.Also i need to know Can i use the Tomcat server to implement the web services using SOAP?

SOAP is just a particular protocol for sending XML formatted messages - there are others. Tomcat will certainly work as a web service server, at least at moderate loads, and has the great advantage of being open source and having a huge community of Java developers using it.
