i heard of that the AXIS is the "The New Incarnation of Apache SOAP",as a beginnner,i don't know which one is the better entry to web service,SOAP or AXIS?
and what's the exact difference between them?

I suggest Apache Axis
 
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
