Soap format

Currently the soap response that I receive for a given soaprequest is

but I would like to receive the response as

Only then my Microsoft client can understand the soap response.(my microsoft client doesn't support RPC encoding)

I'm using Apache axis 1.1,ServletExece,IIS as server.
Please tell me how to achieve this.
Hope my question is clear ??

You need to write a document mode Web Service. Refer to the Axis documentation for help on doing this.

I deployed the service in wrapped mode in axis1.1.
