Seems as if this forum should be segregated into a forum dedicated to implementations, ie, Axis, TME, WSAD, etc and a forum dedicated to underpinnings of these technologies, ie WSDL/SOAP/XML, exposes on doc/literal rpc/encoded comparisons, etc. Any chance of this happening?

Personally I don't think it gets any where near enough traffic to justify splitting.

Agreed, but I wonder if the lack of traffic is not a direct result of the inconsistency of the forum itself.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
