how to create web services using c#

hello friends
i have gone through SOAP and WSDL and i know c# but i dont know how to create web services.
i have created window form in c# but
1.i dont know is it going to request for the web services
2.i dont know how to write the webserves as this window form can request for any service
.kindly help

I bet you could get better answers somewhere else than JavaRanch. Maybe would be a better place for .NET questions.

I guess Microsoft Soap toolkit could help you with your C# problem.
