Axis POST method error

Ok...newb question. 
I just installed Axis and I was following the Instalation Instructions on the Axis/Apache site. I was able to succesfully deploy the StockQuote service...at least it seemed like it did. I got the
response back from the AdminService and then I proceeded to restart Tomcat and test the webservice according to their directions. I got back an
error. I had done this before on another computer and I am stupped as to why this happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
