Filtering by IP address?

I will be using JRun's built-in authentication process for the webservice I am setting up but we also want to check to make sure that the client is a known ip address. Where and how do I specify the ip addresses that can call my web service?
Thanks, Donna

I'm afraid there's no standard way of doing an IP check for a web service so you're dependent on whatever hooks JRun's web services engine provides for implementing that feature.
