Newbie problem with Tomcat and Axis

Hi,
i 'have setup Tomcat 5.027 and Axis 1.1.
The Happy Axis Site is working fine and is very happy.
Now when i try to use one of the examples from the Axis start page.
like http://localhost:8080/AXIS/EchoHeaders.jws?method=list
it doesn't work.
What i get is the code from the .jws file like opening it with an editor.
What is going wrong ?

now i've find the solution the axis directory which i've copied to tomcat was bugy.
