AS/400 Soap assistance

Greetings,

I'm a programmer with 20+ years of experience and current a system analyst in an AS/400 shop using RPGLE (IV). The company I work for has recently signed a contract with KIODEX for risk manangement. Kiodex requires data from our AS/400 on a daily basis and will only except it via SOAP. We have no experience with SOAP in our shop and I am looking for any information, tools on possible contractors to assist in this project. Any help would be appreciated.

We would prefer not to have a 'intermiediary' system that would reside between our AS/400 and KIODEX systems. I would prefer the AS/400 do all the work.
