I want to make a dynamic look up service using P2P...might be JXTA based.It must work over the UDDI
and can send the messges and update/invoke the uddi dynamically.Please tell me how can i start the work .

As near as I can tell, this is a question for either Web Services or Distributed Computing and has zero Tomcat specific content.
