For people new to Web Services implementations, it can be difficult to decide which API implementation to use on a new project. Was wondering if developers with more experience has a preference.

I would prefer using Apache Axis as it is more easy to learn & use and can be easily hooked with any enterprise server like weblogic, websphere, sunone and so on.
Anyway performance against strong load is another different question.
