How to write a java webservice client

Hi ,

I am very new to webservices , i have to call a webservice from my java program.Is ther any procedure to do that , what do i exactly need.I dodn't need to create a webservice , i just need to call an existing one.

The easiet way is using WSDL2Java that comes with Apache Axis for free.
Visit this http://ws.apache.org/axis/java to know more about using WSDL2Java.
WSDL2Java helps you to generate client stubs which you can use it with any java program to send and receive datas to webservices. All you need is the jars files required for compiling and running WSDL2Java generated java files.
