I am using JBoss as the App server. We need to upgrade the App server for hot deployment, Preformance and other factors. I need help to choose the server. Which is better amongst IBM Websphere or WebLogic? or do you recomend any other?

Thanks

I prefer WebSphere since I worked with it. The redbooks are the excellent source of info for working with WebSphere knowledge and problems.
