Hi to all.



I'm building a SOAP Web Service that receive any binary file send compressed from a thick client build in PowerBuilder, I need storage this file to an Oracle DB and after in any posterior moment when the client want to newly obtain this file retrieve it from Oracle DB by means of the Web Service an return this file to the client.


Some valuable help, guidelines or suggestions of open source tool in this way are greatly appreciated.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
