I would like to know what versions of WAS supports WebServices?

4.0 will if you use the Axis implementatin. 5.something orother provided the websphere stack

From 5.0.2 and above, it is a WAS JAX-RPC implementation.
Before, it is an Apache SOAP 2.3 implementation
