What are the components, or features, of web services which classify it as an implimentation of SOA

please elaborate with answers. I am new to this technology and only have very little idea what it does, so please give me answers too.

I thought you were just asking for some example questions. I don't actually know if I know the answers, there are questions which have been floating around in my brain. You might consider doing some of the online tutorials as a way of getting into the groove.
