I am trying to develop Web Services with Tomcat and soap.

I am able to deploy a Service. What are the jar files that should be included in my classpath and also, is there any step by step explanation, of how to go about this task?

Thanks a lot in advance.

I would suggest you to start with Apache Axis, its has all the necessary documentation on publishing simple to complex webservices. It works with most of the servlet containers like Tomcat, Jboss,servlet-exec.
