Dear All

I'm writing a server-side web service. During one exposed amethod I need to show a dialog/message box to the client asking them a question.

The clients clicks yes or no button and that determines which code gets executed.

Can anyone advise on how i should so this?

If i use this
int answer = JOptionPane.showConfirmDialog(new JFrame(), message, title, JOptionPane.YES_NO_OPTION);

Then i'll be showing a dialog box and waiting for user input while in the middle of a remote socket call - which will be wrong

Does anyone have any suggestions on how i should do this

Many thanks for any advice
