JAX-RPC Handler Registration

Hi all,

I thought, a serverside JAX-RPC Handler can be registered for a specific HeaderElement, for example:

<env:Header> 
  <PlatformID env:actor="http://www.mycompany.com/ PlatformMonitor         
                   env:mustUnderstand="1">

I have the following webservice.xml file:

<handler>
<display-name>PlatformHandler</display-name>
<handler-name>PlatformHandler</handler-name>
<handler-class>ws.handler.PlatformHandler</handler-class>
<soap-header xmlns:soap-header_ns__="http://www.mycompany.com">PlatformID</soap-header>
<soap-role>NotTheCorrectActorRole!!</soap-role>
</handler>
 

Although I have a different role, the handler gets involved with the request. Even if I register the handler with a totally different headerelement, it is still involved.
Is this a bug of the SunONe AppSrv or did I miss sth?
