saaj jars

Hi, does anyone know where I can find the saaj-ri.jar? Do I need this if I am only sending requests to a server (I am strictly client side)?

I am getting this error and I can't figure out why:

SEVERE: SAAJ0537: Invalid Content-Type. Could be an error message instead of a SOAP message
