Out of many...i can point a few..
Apache Axis - not a real server but its a tool which complies to jax-rpc and saaj
Weblogic - latest
IBM websphere - latest
Oracle application server -latest
JBoss - latest
Sun Application Server.

FYI, doesn't even need to be Diablo. I'm using JAX-RPC on 8.1 SP4. Have my doubts it would work on SP3.
