Hi,
Can i know the significance of wsdl: in the wsdl document. I could find some wsdl documents which does not contain wsdl: in the tags.

For instance; consider the wsdl document snippet below
<types>
<xs:schema>
</xs:schema>
<xs:schema>
</xs:schema>
</types>
is equivalent to
<wsdl:types>
<xs:schema>
</xs:schema>
<xs:schema>
</xs:schema>
</wsdl:types>

"wsdl" is an XML namespace prefix.
In your first example the WSDL namespace http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/ is the default namespace
In your second example the WSDL namespace http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/ is assigned the wsdl namespace prefix. Your particular examples aren't complete enough to show the significant difference.

Please refer to

Ronald Bourret's XML Namespaces FAQ

"http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/" as the default namespace

"http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/" using the wsdl namespace prefix
